I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Düsseldorf. The location was perfect - it was very near from central train station, making it easy to walk through the Japanese district and to the Rhine promenade. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were great. The room itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings. The breakfast provided was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great, nothing to improve.

The bed was comfortable, although pillows were inconsistent. The shower was small but functional. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Secure car park available. Convenient location near railway station and city centre.
